Membership Criteria
We are a community of intentional leaders dedicated to learning, sharing, and growing together. Our members are united by a shared commitment to making a meaningful impact.
Education
With an MBA, PhD in Psychology, or similar advanced degree, you will bring valuable expertise to the gLC.
Experience
You have experience in management consulting, organizational psychology, or private equity, with a people-centered approach to problem-solving and advising senior leaders. You're on an upward career trajectory, but not yet in the C-suite.
Career Level
Whether you're early in your career or more established, your drive for excellence and leadership development is clear. You’re building the path to greater leadership roles, possibly in leadership advisory or with aspirations toward the C-suite.
Location

To get started, submit your application. Within two weeks, we will review your application based on our membership criteria and you will receive an response. Accepted applications will be given information on the next steps.
There is no cost to be a member. All member benefits are complimentary.
If you are not in the US, Europe, Singapore, Australia, or Canada, please signup to get notified when we expand the gLC program to new regions.
Community membership includes access to an annual career conversation, invitations to leadership roundtables, networking opportunities, and early access to thought-leadership content.
In 2024 we will be hosting virtual quarterly fireside chats with various leaders. Topics will cover hiring strategies, company culture, personal leadership success, habits of top leaders and much more! Stay tuned for additional programming opportunities as the community grows.
